Processing of our precision steel tubes

Production usually involves the following main steps:
1.Material selection: Select high-quality steel billets, whose chemical composition and mechanical properties must meet the quality requirements of precision steel tubes.
2.Heat treatment: According to different steel grades and uses, corresponding heat treatments such as annealing, normalizing, quenching, etc. are carried out to improve the organizational structure and mechanical properties of the steel tube.
3.Cold drawing or hot rolling: The cold drawing process can achieve higher precision and better surface quality, while the hot rolling process is more suitable for the production of large-diameter precision steel tubes.
4.Straightening: Straighten the steel tube to ensure that its straightness meets the requirements.
5.Surface treatment: Various surface treatments such as polishing, pickling, plating, etc. are carried out as needed to improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance quality of the steel tube.
6.Inspection: The steel tube is strictly inspected to ensure that it meets various technical indicators.

1. Dimensional accuracy: The dimensional accuracy of precision steel tubes is very high, and the tolerance is usually between ±0.01mm and ±0.05mm.
2. Surface roughness: The surface finish is high, and the Ra value is usually between 0.4μm and 1.6μm.

4. Mechanical properties: Good strength, hardness, toughness and plasticity.

Sampling testing will be conducted on each batch of products.
